Regional Victoria’s drug addicts are left in the dark

Drug use in regional Victoria has more than doubled in the past five years. Crystal methamphetamine or ‘ice’ is infiltrating small towns across the state.

But regional Victoria has only fifteen rehabilitation centre beds to address the rising issue. And Victoria’s youth don’t think it’s enough.
